Service Description
WHO THIS IS FOR: This program is for experienced shooters who want to give back to their community by teaching others. You must qualify through a screening and consult process before enrolling. NRA Instructor Training is not a beginner course — it is for those ready to lead and teach firearm safety. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: Through our NRA Training Counselor, you will be certified to teach NRA Basic courses as an NRA Instructor. Certification tracks available include: - Basic Pistol - Basic Rifle - Basic Shotgun - Personal Protection in the Home - Home Firearm Safety - Refuse to Be A Victim Each track requires completion of the corresponding NRA Basic course and meeting NRA eligibility requirements. WHY PURSUE THIS: Becoming an NRA-certified instructor allows you to carry the mission of safe and responsible firearm ownership into your own community. It is a professional credential recognized nationwide. HOW TO ENROLL: All instructor training enrollments require a consult and pre-screening first. Use the booking link to request your consultation — be sure to select 'NRA Instructor Training Certification' as the course of interest. Irving will walk you through which certification track is the right fit and confirm your eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons and Refresher classes: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee/re-booking charge of $25. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If Equanimity and Associates, LLC cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and subject to availability. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@equanimityllc@gmail.com, texting 267-767-4869, or calling our office at 215-224-2812. _______________________ Basic Firearms Courses and Tactical Courses: Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled class or course is to commence is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a class or course will be subject to a charge of $50.
