NOTE ON YOUTH PARTICIPATION: Youth may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on maturity level. A parent or guardian consultation is required prior to enrollment. Please mention youth enrollment when booking, returning to this option only with prior approval.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons and Refresher classes: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee/re-booking charge of $25. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If Equanimity and Associates, LLC cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and subject to availability. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@equanimityllc@gmail.com, texting 267-767-4869, or calling our office at 215-224-2812. _______________________ Basic Firearms Courses and Tactical Courses: Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled class or course is to commence is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a class or course will be subject to a charge of $50.
